New Jersey Architects Political Action Committee Members Making Connections

New Jersey Architects Political Action Committee (NJAPAC) Vice Chair Stacey Ruhle Kliesch, AIA, is one of many NJAPAC members connecting with our state elected officials.

Stacey had the opportunity to meet with Assemblywoman Ellen J. Park of District 37 last week at Giovanni’s Bicycle Club. Stacey offered the support of NJ Architects should her committee work require advice from our profession. As the AIA New Jersey DEI Chair, Stacey also applauded the advancement of a woman of color in her position.

Also in recent weeks, AIA Newark and Suburban Past President Robert Emert, Jr. AIA, met with Assemblyman Michael Venezia; AIA New Jersey Legislative and Government Affairs Chair Kurt Kalafasky, AIA, with Assemblyman Louis D. Greenwald; AIA NJ Past President Ron Weston, AIA, with Assemblyman Benjie E. Wimberly; and Michael Hanrahan, FAIA, with Assemblywoman Andrea Katz.

If you are a member of the New Jersey Architects Political Action Committee and interested in attending an upcoming legislative meet and greet opportunity, please reach out to NJ APAC Secretary Seth Leeb, AIA, at seth@leeb-architecture.com.
