Congratulations to Kyle Rendall, AIA, KSS Director of Construction Administration, on achieving his DBIA certification! As a certified design-build professional, Kyle has demonstrated his direct involvement in the application of design-build best practices and principles during procurement, design phase and construction.

As Director of Construction Administration, Kyle advances the caliber of work delivered by KSS while also ensuring that staff have guidance and support. His leadership is marked by the ability to find creative solutions to issues in the field, confidently guide and unify construction teams with diverse viewpoints, and provide accurate execution of a design’s aesthetic and functional elements. A passionate advocate for design and construction quality, Kyle facilitates the firm’s Quality Management Process and mentors staff to provide the highest quality design solutions for our clients in the safest, most efficient, and cost effective manner. He has brought his skills to KIPP Newark Collegiate Academy at Littleton Avenue, Foundation Collegiate Academy Addition and Renovation, The Prudential Center’s The Pier Club, The Prudential Center’s Foundry and Lounge, and Connecticut Department of Transportation’s Stamford Parking Garage, to name just a few.
