As a recognized industry leader and innovator in sustainable design, Nathan Kipnis will lead a compelling discussion exploring the origins of the Framework for Design Excellence and its practical relevance within today’s architectural landscape.
With his rich background in architectural advancement, which includes serving as the national co-chair of the 2030 Commitment Working Group, instructing one of the top three courses at AIAU, An Introduction to the Framework for Design Excellence, and serving as an active member in the national AIA Committee on Climate Action and Design Excellence (CCADE), attendees will gain valuable insights in how to effectively integrate the framework’s principles into small firm practice, monitor energy performance, and actively contribute to creating a more sustainable environment.
