ALNNJ: April Dinner Program, Arts in Architecture and Redevelopment

Mr. Phil Abramson, the event’s keynote speaker, is the Founder and CEO of TOPOLOGY, a multi-discipline planning and real estate consulting firm. 
This presentation will include case studies from Phil’s professional experiences and projects along with other global examples of important public art programs.  Other specific topics that
will be discussed include the following:
 Quantifying and presenting a direct link between art and property values in urban
neighborhoods. 
 Historical precedent will be shared that demonstrates traditional design incorporating art into
architectural value.
 The formation of public art programs and the organization and management of municipalities to
implement policy will be presented.
 Morristown will be highlighted as a successful case study.
