Climate Change Responsive Architecture – Rethinking the way we design our homes & buildings

December 15, 2021 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Reading Time: < 1 minute

Peter Pfeiffer, AIA Fellow, Award winning architect, Principle Barley/Pfeiffer Architecture

December 15th at 5-7 pm – 2HSW

Climate change is making our environment hotter and less comfortable. We are air-conditioning our homes and offices much more than just 10 years ago, to say nothing of a generation ago. This should be reflected in how we design and build our homes and buildings. Why is today’s technology-based “LEED” Green Building program a far cry from the original ideals and aspirations of the “Green” movement? What’s more real and realistic? What’s next?
