Join us as lead project architect Jack Raker, Principal at Minno & Wasko guides us through this Redevelopment of Courthouse Square Flemington by Cust Investments. Spanning 443,291 square feet, this project revitalizes the town center while preserving its historic charm, including the beloved Union Hotel. Discover how 206 new residential units, retail and dining spaces, and the transformation of adjacent properties like the Potting Shed and Flemington Furs, are seamlessly integrated into Flemington’s historical fabric in a way that also considers its future.
