Course Description

Architects navigate complex challenges every day—from aligning client expectations with design intent to coordinating teams and managing project constraints. In this engaging seminar, David Corsaro shares problem-solving approaches inspired by the world of illusion, offering architects practical tools to enhance creativity, adaptability, and collaboration. Drawing from his background in both corporate strategy and performance, David explores how magicians shift perception, adapt in real time, and communicate with purpose—skills that translate directly to architectural design and firm operations. This course encourages attendees to bring fresh energy to brainstorming sessions, uncover new ways to approach constraints, and foster a more creative, responsive office culture.

About the Speaker

David Corsaro has been a professional magician for over 27 years and recently won on the hit TV show Penn & Teller: Fool Us.

He is also a featured performer at Monday Night Magic, New York City’s longest-running off-Broadway magic show, Magic in a Bottle at City Winery, and Speakeasy Magick, two of the newest, hottest shows in NYC.

He has performed his amazing feats of magic for Fortune 500 companies (BMW, Wrigley’s, Panasonic, Nestle, and Viacom) as well as top music acts (Chicago, Earth, Wind & Fire, and The Milwaukees). David also donates his talent to a variety of charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Hurricane Sandy Relief, JDRF, and Lions International. David’s personal brand of magic is an enthusiastic blend of magic and comedy that will have you laughing while riveted to his every move.
