LDI connects individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed through a dynamic portfolio of non-degree credentials\, including courses\, custom training programs\, and workforce development opportunities. Learn More. \nLDI has developed custom content tailored for women in architecture and business\, offering skills-based learning\, upskilling and reskilling programs\, and non-degree credential workshops. These workshops—available in virtual\, instructor-led\, and interactive formats—are designed to empower and add value to AIA NJ women. \nFounded in 2014 as a 501(c)(3) organization\, NJII is an independent\, non-profit corporation affiliated with NJIT. It is uniquely positioned to be agile\, entrepreneurial\, and results-driven. It’s strengths include: accelerating technology\, fostering innovation\, and driving workforce development to create a positive economic impact in New Jersey. \nNJII leverages the vast resources of an R-1 research university\, strong industry and government partnerships\, and proven methods for building industry-centric ecosystems.
