Thank you. \nGuest Speaker \nJack Daniels is the Construction\, Building Subcode\, and Zoning Official for Chatham Township\, overseeing land use enforcement and regulatory compliance. He has over 30 years of experience in building codes\, fire safety\, and zoning enforcement\, having served in multiple municipalities across New Jersey. In addition to his municipal roles\, he is a Uniform Construction Code instructor at Rutgers University and a fire official for the Town of Clinton\, conducting site plan reviews and fire inspections.
